These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases and use of https://www.buyweedseeds.com/ (the “Site”), operated by Dodo Media BV (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Customer / You: Any person using the Site or purchasing products.
Products: Goods offered through the Site.
Order: A request submitted by you to purchase Products.
Agreement: The binding contract formed when we accept your Order.

2. Eligibility

You are at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
You have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your Order applies to that Order.

4. Product Information and Legal Compliance

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. You are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, import, germination, cultivation, or use of any Product is lawful where you live. We do not provide legal advice.

5. Offers, Promotions, and Discount Codes

Promotions are valid only during stated periods and subject to stated conditions.
Codes may be limited to one-time use per customer.
Codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
We may suspend promotions in case of abuse, fraud, or technical error.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

All Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
After checkout, you may receive an order confirmation email, which does not guarantee acceptance.
The Agreement is formed when we dispatch Products or explicitly accept your Order.

7. Prices and Taxes

Prices shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase. You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorized before dispatch. We may cancel Orders for failed or suspicious transactions.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery, unless required otherwise by law.
Report missing or damaged items within 72 hours by contacting support.

10. Right to Cancel / Returns

Where legally required, you may cancel within 14 calendar days from delivery, excluding items exempt under applicable law.

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging unless defective.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

11. Non-Returnable / Excluded Items

Cancellation rights may not apply to exempt goods under law, including sealed goods opened after delivery, perishable items, personalized items, and digital content once supplied.

12. Warranty and Defective Products

Your statutory rights are not affected. If a Product is defective or not as described, contact us with order details and supporting photos/videos where relevant.

13. Prohibited Use

Using the Site for unlawful purposes.
Submitting false identity, payment, or shipping information.
Attempting fraud, promotion abuse, or interference with Site security.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order, except where law prohibits limitation.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dodo Media BV from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Site.

16. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, logos, images, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

17. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an Order, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including confirmations, invoices, and shipping updates.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless consumer law provides otherwise.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and policies referenced at checkout, form the entire agreement regarding Site use and purchases.
